Please correct your e-mail and password. You may be inputting an address or password that does not match what we have on file. It is important that you enter the email address that you gave when you joined us, or when you last told us of a change of email address; even if it is not your current email address. We can only send a password reset email to email addresses, which correspond exactly to the one we have on file for you. So, if you change your email address since joining, it is very important to let us know.
People often make simple typing mistakes. Here are a few common examples: entering the letter O instead of the number zero, or vice-versa; entering the letter i or lower-case L instead of the number 1, or vice-versa; entering the wrong suffixes such as: .net instead of .com, .co.uk instead of .com, or .com.au instead of .com.
Some web browsers will automatically fill in data based on previous entries you made; however, it does not recognize if it was previously entered incorrectly when it was saved. So, if you try to log on and you see that either your email address or your password has been automatically filled in, you can use your Backspace or Delete keys to erase both entries completely and retype them correctly both from scratch.
You may be entering your address correctly now but typed it incorrectly when you first joined. Do you remember ever receiving a membership confirmation email from us? If you did not receive one, then it may be because the email address you gave us was incorrect. You may have received the notification but inadvertantly deleted it. Please check your Deleted Items folder for the membership confirmation email.
Other potential reasons for this are listed as follows: quotation marks; brackets; spaces before or after the email address; your service provider or spam filter is treating our email as spam and has put the email in your junk mail folder, or (rarely) blocked it altogether. Please check your Junk Mail folder and ask your service provider how you can whitelist email from: GreggsGreetings-Welcome@yahoo.com; GreggsGreetings-notify@yahoo.com; and GreggsGreetings-cancelmember@yahoo.com, or add them too your approved senders list.
Please be sure to remove any additional characters or spaces from your email address and/or password before attempting to log in. If you would like to reset your password please select 'Forgot Your Password' located on the login screen. Please enter your email address where prompted. Our computer will immediately send you an email containing a link to a special password reset page. Click that link and please follow the instructions. It is not possible to retrieve your old password; you will need to create a new password for security reasons. MG Expresssions, LLC does not actually store your password on its computers, so we could not tell you what it is even if we wanted to. MG Expressions, LLC just stores an encrypted version of the password so that we can verify it when you log on.
